Sauvignon Blanc – This wine was produced from our estate grown Sauvignon Blanc vines. The wine has lively aromatics of green capsicum, fresh cut grass, herbs, grapefruit and lime. A fine line of acidity gives the wine freshness and length. A great match with seafood, particularly scallops and mussels. If seafood’s not your thing try with a salad with a creamy or oily dressing.
Estate Rosé – Made from a careful blend of Pinot Noir and Bacchus varieties adapted to the English climate, Eosinia is a bright, light, ruby pink colour, with an aromatic, grassy aroma and hints of fresh strawberries. Crisp acidity on the palate with red berry fruit of redcurrants and strawberries. Medium body with a crisp, refreshing finish. A great match with any Indian curry or middle eastern cuisine.
Triomphe – This wine was produced from our estate grown Triomphe d Alsace vines.
The wine has a deep red colour with purple hues. Light in body it shows raspberry and cherry notes with a hint of black pepper spice. A versatile wine well suited to red meats, salmon or trout as well as turkey, duck or lamb and strong cheeses.
