Shipping Policy
Most products are shipped out the same day. However, if you have ordered a made to order product, shipping will be delayed by up to 3 days. If your item requires a Resin Cure, this could delay shipping by 4 days. In all cases, we strive to get your product out to you as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only authorised if your product has arrived to you faulty. In this situation, we will need some photographic evidence emailed to us. Photo taken on your mobile phone will suffice, after which we will issue a refund.
In the event that your product is faulty or broken, and only for those reasons, we will replace or refund you. Please contact us in this instance.
